Default Precedent regen disable???

I have an 05 precedent that hits 20 mph before the regen kicks in. Is there a way to disable the regen that wont hurt it? I think I could get the speedylink to do it but I already have the speed over what they claim to get you. Didnt want to have to go with a motor change because it gets to its top speed rather quickly! Just wish I could unplug something and make it go away!!

I have never looked at the motor plug, but I will look tomorrow. The cart takes off really fast and gets to 20 mph and you can feel it brakeing or governing? It will do the 20 mph on flat ground and it will only do the 20 mph down hill also. I dont really need more speed but I dont want it holding back either

Not sure whats happening here but it should not be on. Going 20 mph on flat ground is mode 4 and the feeling I think you feel is cut out not braking. With my unit in mode 3 It will kick in going down hill and you really feel it slowing you down. If your controller is stock then that is most likely what your feeling is your controller hitting its power limit.
