Super extreme
I picked a load yesterday from a plant Alcoa was closing. They loaded some motor controllers that were used to operate some anodizing machines. They loaded three controllers. I was reading the specs on the controllers. Input 480 volts, output 30 volts. Input 700 amps, Output 15,000 amps. How about them amps for a cart.
You would need a big cart to put controllers on. They weighed about 5000 lbs each. |

Re: Super extreme
hambone, post was true. I never saw the motors, they had already disassembled. They had to be worth some money too. That's all I had on trailer, and hauled almost 1000 miles to a Kawneer plant(a subsidiary of Alcoa) in Pennsylvania.
When I saw the specs I was amazed, thats why I posted. |
