Great customer service!

I am not shy about letting my feelings be known when I am not satisfied by a company or product. I also want to give kudos when a company goes the extra mile in making me satisfied.
My '96 cart need brakes, seems simple until you start looking on line for replacement shoes, seems '96 is a change over year some have one style and some have another, Danny from Turf Tuff worked with me to find the correct shoes, they went far above and beyond in customer service, to get me my brake shoes fast and efficient.
If you need any thing for your cart give them a try, I will be checking with them for any of my parts for my carts.
I don't know them, or have any connection with them, just want to let others know when I have a great experience with a company!

As far as excellent customer service and personal help and support I will go ahead and throw Scottyb and Carts Unlimited out there. He walked me through the decesion process for componets for my build.
