Default Possible engine swap project

I've got a guy who wants to sell me this 340cc fan cooled jag engine for $100 with exhaust and header pipe, keyed ignition, and wiring harness. Is it a good deal and worthy of dropping into a golf cart? I'm not looking for the fastest cart but I'd like to have enough power to take it in the sand. Should I take the deal or pass?
