Default new batteries

after my cart died the other day, we just got 6 brand new 8 volt batteries and the cart still will not go? any ideas what to do next? its a 96 club car. HELP!

i didnt know you had to! last time we got new batteries we just stuck them in and they worked! but this cart was sitting for a few days,I will go do that now! thanks!

Batteries are typically charged from the factory, but you should always correctly break-in a new pack. Brand new batteries are only at 75% of their full power.

After a full charge retry it in forward and reverse and let us know if it works. Kep track of any click noises or not when the gas pedal is depressed.

Make sure you let the charger fully charge until it shuts off may take more then 12 hrs

it is fully charged until the charger went off. and still wont go :( clicks in forward and reverse but thats it. now what?
