Question 2008 Drive Torque on 'Kingpin' bolt

Both of the front suspension flange bolts (kingpins) are loose and allowing movement of the spindle. What is the torque numbers for tightening the bolts?
Do I have a bigger problem lurking inside the spindles? Any lube needed on the flange bolts? Is it possible to align the front end? Thanks for any suggestions.
