Re: New Motor For 2000 CC DS
well I got the bushings in and took it out and about and it seems to run strong plenty of torque and speed. hard to get a top speed in the park that im at . like if I got 1/8 mile in between speed bumps. main road to this place is 50 mph 4 lane hwy so its kind a hard to jump out on the street and not get run over.

Re: New Motor For 2000 CC DS
Did you ever get a top speed clocked on the new motor? I was about to order a D&D motor tomorrow but after reading this thread I'm thinking bout backing out and going same route as you

Re: New Motor For 2000 CC DS
the best I got in park dodging speed bumps was 28.5 but know there is plenty more left . I would say I could very easily get 32 to 33 on open road

So jealous we can't get those guys to deliver down here, but the weight of the motor makes postage ridiculous, looks great.
