Default ezgo marathon help please 1989

hi all
my cart suddenly stopped moving
engine all good ,belt all good ,clutches all good
when I run the cart jacked up the clutches kick in and spin perfectly
but the wheels don't move forward or reverse
they do move slightly but I can hold them still will ease
any ideas thanks

Check the splines on the rear hubs. They have been known to strip.

The rear hubs as in on the wheels?

The brake drums. If one side is stripped, the cart won't move.

M m m m dont know
Would the cart not still move could both have stripped at the same time ?
Would 1being
stripped cause it to be doing what it is

Yes, if either one is stripped, the cart won't move. You can see if the axle is turning by just removing the center cap(if it has one) from the hub. You can see the end of the axle and the nut/cotter pin. Check both sides.
