1995 club car motor upgrade questions
So i have a 1995 club car ds 36 volt with the V-glide system. I want to upgrade my motor because it is really slow, it goes about 10 mph. If i buy a new high speed motor, can the V-glide system handle it or will it just melt/break?

I think PQ motor runs with out any problem with standard options from the factory. But more informed will be right with you.
Sonny PS If you do get a new motor. I would like to talk to you about the old motor. I need one for a project I'm working one. You can send me a Priv. message .Thanks |

Re: 1995 club car motor upgrade questions
For more torque increase the speed controller size. The stock motor can produce more torque if you let it access more amperage.... any aftermarket motor will perform better with more amperage too.
