Default Zeva sleep issues

I am still having issues with the sleep function on the zeva BMS.

I park the cart with around 85-90% soc and switch to sleep mode. A few days later I go to get on the cart switch from sleep to on state and the soc has depleted to around 50%. The cells are still over 4.0v. This was taken right after a 6mile ride or so. The actually resting voltage of the cells is probably a bit higher.

Low cell voltage is set at 3.65v and max is 4.17v

Soc is 130ah when full

I have no devices between the HV/LV safety contactor. The only source of current draw from the pack when in sleep mode is the from the BMS its self.

All I can say at this point is my SOC meter.....the one that looks like the battery....(same as yours) sort of drives me crazy.

I have a digital volt meter in my dash "left over" from my flooded batts. I know that my LV for the pack is 42-V, so I pay attention to the volt reading on both the ZEVA monitor and my separate digital volt meter.

Also, I don't use the sleep mode on my ZEVA. I use my cart to often for that to be a perceived benefit to me.

If you change the SoC to read in ah does it do the same thing?

I have mine set to ah and seem to prefer it over the % reading.

I've tried both same result. It works perfectly if I dont put it to sleep.

Did this have anything to do with changing the location of your shunt a few weeks ago?

Shunt is now where it needs to be. The issue I was having before was the BMS wasnt able to see the pack voltage at the shunt when in sleep because it was placed after the contactor.
