Powerwise II by Lester troubleshooting

IMG_1616.jpg I have this powerwise II that came as an extra with a recent purchase that is not working. All of the videos I am finding about powerwise repair is a different style than this. Can’t seem to find anything about testing this charger. Anyone give me any tips? Thanks in advance Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

When i jump the relay it does come on just as the diagnosis in the other new charger troubleshooting video. Know where i can find this part? The boards I am finding online say they are for 94 and newer chargers but look nothing like this board and don't have a fuse like this one.
