Default Bad boy problems

I have a 2016 recoil
I get a ridiculously low amount of power to rear wheels
still working with dealer
but they are basically saying that's how the are
is there a way to increase power to rear or even switch which motor is lead

Lets back up. Recoil or Recoil iS, just asking. What do the batts discharge at? Controller giving a fault code? If so what?

Is it bucking? Have them check the speed sensor on each motor too.

Let me/us know what they report back.

it a recoil 72 Volt
no fault code
does not buck

it will switch tires from right to left

Well those aren't true 4x4, they have lim slips in them, so one wheel will turn, other won't do diddly until you need it too.

I get the open axle part
but front to rear
I should get one tire each

we had rain so I took it for a ride after
I have spin marks in my yard from one front tire
why doesn't that back push the same as the front pulls?

yes you should get one tire turning. What is their handheld saying? They should have this thing plugged in while driving to see what voltage is going to those motors.

Your two controllers, both lights on?

yellow light one flash
they say that is no code
Manufacture is saying nothing is wrong
never seen a hand held being used
I put it on a steep bank
won't go up forward
but backs up it like I would expect it to go

It's flashing, that's norm if it's yellow. If red, then we have an issue. I'm curious to know if they swapped speed sensors to test. Try this:

1. Use the volt / ohm meter pin probes to check the motor speed sensor while the connector is plugged in. With the key on and the direction selector in gear; place the positive meter probe in the red wire connection. Place the negative meter probe in the black wire connection. 5V should be observed. If not; check the wiring and the signal from the controller. Replace the speed sensor if these are good.
2. Place the negative meter probe in the black wire connection. Place the positive meter probe in the green wire connection. A 0 – 5V flash signal should be observed when the motor armature is rotated slowly. If not, check the sensor magnet in the motor then replace the speed sensor.
