Default Slow Club Car DS

Hi guys,
My name is Danny and I'm from Germany. Sorry for my bad English.
I bought a Club Car DS 48Volt (AQ0629) two days ago. There are 4 12 Volt Trojan batteries installed, which are 1 year old. Now I have the following problem.
On a straight track the Club Car only drives between 5-6 MPH. As soon as it gets a bit uphill, it gets a lot slower.
I have already measured the batteries under load and everything seems to be in order there.
I also did the speed sensor test and the beep was heard and it slows down automatically.
I also checked the battery cables and they seem to be ok too.

Does anyone have an idea what else it could be?

Thanks in advance!
