The lightbar measures 31-inches across but they probably describe it as a 32-inch curved LED lightbar.

32” lightbar is going to put out a lot of light as in blinding.. Oncoming vehicles may not be happy about that. If you go that route make sure to aim it down. I put a single 9” on my friends cart and it will light up a 2 acre lot like nobody’s business.. If you want 2 I would think 2 4” floods would be plenty.

For me personally, I’m strictly off road on our property, but for OP and anyone using on road that’s a good point.

Did a little research and a typical 32 bar puts out 19000 lumens. I found a picture of a 30”

the amount of light output really isn't the issue. Its more that its a floor light and it just goes everywhere unless you aim it at the ground on the road you will blind alot of people. Same idea behind people using LED bulbs in their non-projector housings on their cars.

i have 2 of the small ones on my golf cart, 6 led in each. plenty bright and can be directed a little wider than the light bars. simple L bracket that i drilled out and cut.

Thanks for all the ideas and pictures! I like the idea of lights on the brush guard. I want two separate lights which not only makes it easier to distinguish as a vehicle but makes it easier for the other vehicle to judge my speed and distance. I can’t come up with a way to mount them on the front canopy so brush guard is a good alternative. I’ll keep looking at aftermarket headlights. If I come up with something I’ll post a pic.

We have lots of tourist unfamiliar with the roads and often coming back with a few drinks in them, so for safety I’d love to go to some type of double headlight so it’s obvious it’s a vehicle and you can better judge the distance. Has anybody done this?
Here is my solution using Diode Dynamics SSC2 Sport SAE Fog lights.

https://www.diodedynamics.com/stage-...-pod-pair.html

Flat plates are 6"x12" aluminum. Square tubing is 3"x3". Turn signals are 3/4" SAE marker lights with 180 degree visibility.

You can see the sharp cutoff that does not spray light everywhere and blind oncoming drivers like the Chinamart light bars do.
