Did you connect the blue and white wires at the OBC? See the below sticky about the OBC bypass procedure

So i gave up on the stock controller and purchased a 400 amp alltrax controller for an iq cart. I installed it and nothing . when i hook it to the computer it sees teh f/r switch moving but does not see the key as being on. I checked pin 10 and it is indeed getting 56v when i turn the cart on but the controller is not recognizing it. i checked the programming and it is programmed for a club car so i am ready to just burn the pile in the street. anyone out there have any ideas?

Can you give us a screen shot, of the "monitor" tab in the Alltrax toolkit?
