Thanks guys. Well, I've probably put as many hours into this golf cart as I did my own custom built house! Work is slow at the moment, so I've got a little time to kill. Besides, I couldn't wait to see what it looked like! Let's see yours tp!

I like the gravity feed better because they work at a lower psi and seem to have less overspray. Also I think cleaning them is easier.

The gravity feed guns are definately better for less overspray and cleaning as Revoarcher said, it is also easier to see how much paint is left in the cup and you don't have to worry about the stupid little needle valve getting stuck on the top of the lid on the siphon feed guns or having you're seal go bad on the cups either.

Well, I didn't paint her. If I had, I'd have used edible, candy tasting type paint. Peppermint maybe.

Just don't look too close. I'd say this is a 5 foot paint job.
You might be able to get it looking even nicer by color sanding it followed by buffing with a few grades of cutting compound. I just got done painting my old EZ Go. I used a single stage urethene and got the usual orange peel. I started color sanding with 1000 grit which removed the orange peel. I then followed that with 1200, 1500, 2000 and then 2500 grit. I then used my Porter Cable 6" random orbital for the cutting compound. I started with a aggresive compound (with a Maguairs wool pad WWHC7) followed by Meguairs Meduim compound (with a Mequairs foam cutting pad W7006) and finally Meguairs fine compound (with Meguairs foam buffing pad). I was amazed how nice it came out. No more orange peel and the shine is great!

Thanks Winmon. I'll have to try that. I'm just leery of screwing up the paint and having to start again!
