I ended up buying an Ingersoll Rand gravity feed gun from Tractor Supply. Gun turned out to be GREAT! I opted for the stainless steel canister, as I felt it would be more durable than the plastic one's. Only downfall, is not knowing how much paints left in your canister. But, it cleans up very nice.

I sprayed my Adhesion Promoter, primer, and the black paint over the last couple of days. What a mess! Good thing I plastic'd the entire spray area. I had paint from head to toe by the time I was done. Turned out well though. Next is the blue when this is all dry.

A friend too his cart to Earl Schibe in Newport News VA and they did a great job for about 150 bucks. Might be worth looking into if you hate to paint.

Progress pictures....yea, ok. Here ya go! The first one is the paint booth I constructed in the garage. It's too cool to paint outside still, and once it warms up, we have BUGS galoire. Even with the window just cracked, we had hundreds of knats fly in, hit the hot lights and die in my new paint....errrr....

Finished painting today. Two coats of Black and two coats of Blue. Had exactly enough supplies. Cudo's to E & M Paint in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Nason Paint system is also incredible!

Something happened while painting the hood though. Not sure if the dried paint from the plastic walls fell down, while I was spraying, or what. Needless to say the hood looks like it has something all over the paint. Weird thing is, the engine cowl looks fine....It was 2 feet from the hood. Oh well. I did my best.

OK OK Mike!! I wanted to wait until it was totally done, but, just for you I'll post incomplete pics! No one else better look at these yet! Just don't look too close. I'd say this is a 5 foot paint job.

Nice looking cart and nice looking countryside! You got everything put back together so fast. I still have to put my body back on the cart and I started before you

Jim, Great Job!! PM sent.
Also, I went to Checker and bought a front wheel bearing dust cover, around $4. To cover the steering wheel nut. They measure just a hair under 2". Put a bead of silicone around the edge and set it in place. Looks decent, and keeps dirt out.
Ride it proud buddy! You did it all your self!! Lift, paint, maint. The list goes on!!
