Default Admiral motor stammer

Have an Admiral motor that is stammering/stuttering while in motion

I'm noticing that the throttle sensor is very precise when not in motion, but when in motion it jumps by 5-10% when peddle is pressed and held.

Example - hold at 50% and it monitors it moving from 43% to 56% while in one position

Feels like someone is hitting the brakes then releasing them on and off.

Running an Alltrax 500

Any ideas?

It is most likely your MCOR. They can show smooth operation when not under load and erratic under load.

I would get a new one from David Hicks @ Revolution and swap it out. In the outside chance something else is going on like a loose connection, you will have a spare MCOR which is not a bad idea.

Well maybe instead of just throwing Parts at the cart no matter who sells them alltrax has a throttle control right on the laptop through their software try that first

Got it sorted - Called into Alltrax, I had the wrong field map, they sent me the correct one, all is good in the world again

CREDIT IS DUE!!

So I uploaded the correct map, but I did still have stutter issues. Not as bad with wrong map, but they were there.

Got a new MCOR, put it in last night (much easier then expected) stutter is GONE!!

Thanks Tom!!
