Re: repairing plastic
Didn’t realize it was a precedent and textured black plastic underbody. Due to the texture on the plastic, there probably is no way to repair that and have it look good. You’re better off replacing it. I see the used underbodies frequently for sale for 150-200 bucks or so.
If it were a DS with smooth plastic you could repair and repaint it. But the textured ABS will never look right. You could use the glue Dave recommended and make it all one piece, but IMO it probably won’t look much (if any) better than it does now before spending time and money trying to “fix” it. Just my .02 but I’d just replace the underbody. |

Re: repairing plastic
The replacement part number for that is
Black: 102279104 Grey: 102279103 Both are way over priced but when I was doing the wifes cart I found most of my parts either at custom shops, local shops or FB Market Place. On another note, when I have done textured plastic repair I finish it up with a coat of the spray on truck bed liner from any of the box auto parts stores, several light coats will give a good texture. |

Re: repairing plastic
I see them frequently around me for around 150 bucks. It’s not a high demand item like the body itself so often people want to just make them go away and will haggle significantly with the price.

Re: repairing plastic
as mentioned, the texture will be difficult to match
a rough sanding inside and out and 3 or 4 layers of fiberglass mat would fix it then i'd do the bed liner spray to both sides it won't be a quick 'n easy fix, the part will most likely need to come off for a proper repair that said, if you can get the part for under $100, do it |
