I always have to laugh when someone chimes in with "looks ok, but I could do better" or "rattle can doesnt look good". I mean, really, out here you can get a new solid color body kit for 350, custom painted for 400. Sometimes its just about a guy tearing his stuff apart or taping it up and spraying on some new color for 40 dollars worth of rattle can. Its about trying it yourself and being proud of your achievement. I painted my G1 last year, it looked like ****....I had runs, I had streaks, but I was **** proud because at the end of the day it looked 10x better than it did for 25 dollars in paint. Your body looks great guyboy1970, if my ezgo turns out that nice when I'm done ill be stoked. I lift my Miller and can and say "cheers".

Good looking out...

Thanks MDLNB and that's right BigErn! I call it piddling but it can be called alot of things. I would rather tear it apart and mess with it myself and so far i am pretty proud of it! I hope to spray the clear this weekend and hopefully start putting it back together. I raise my Busch Light back at ya!

Been waiting to see it finished. Looks good. I had ordered a new body for mine via ebay and the guy took his time shipping it. So, I canceled the order and decided that I will rattle can paint it. I have the roof off of it and then......got side tracked on house stuff. So, when I need to go somewhere, I run around in a topless, windshieldless buggie. I do have the rattle can paint though. And, I did get some fabric to reupholster the seat. And I did get some gold pin striping tape for it.

Yours looks good. Hope mine looks half as good once I get around to it.
