No, just run the peddle cable to the carburetor. What's wrong with the motor you have?

It’s non existent. It didn’t have one when I got it. I’m just going to put the 18hp duromax in it. I just got the motor the other day and working on fabing up the cradle now.

Stove - old thread I know. I am thinking of suing a LWB Workhorse or Cushman as the platform for a sporting clays cart. I would take off the bed and add a rear facing seat. The space between the seats would be used for a gun rack.

What is the ride quality of a lifted Workhorse? Any suggestions/recommendations on helping ride quality?

Other than long travel lift kits that are expensive, fat tires with low pressure helps.
