Definitely front disc brake upgrade.
I will be lowering the swingarm mount 3-4" (was not necessary with the lift but I want to avoid any oil pickup problems). I will also be moving the swingarm back about 3" not only due to tire clearance issues with the front wheel well (26" tires) but also to provide a bit more stability on acceleration (wheelies are cool but also limit performance). I'm in Seattle for a conference now but when I get back in town will tackle this project some more.

Sounds like you have a great game plan Sorry to have you in Seattle just after our weather turned, just last month Ess was up and I think he and Sonja had a great time in the Pacific Northwest.

I got my cradle back today so this project can finally move forward! The motor looks great and is mounted at the proper 30 degree angle. I have the suspension tacked to the frame and if I get a garage pass tonight I should have everything in place. More photos to come!

Are you going to spend some time on it over the holidays?

The front mount in the second picture is interesting how it the metal rises up and then down instead of just straight to the motor.

I am away from home for the majority of the holidays so I will not getting much work done myself.

That was done so the mount arms would be vertical. Got a lot done last night, pics to come!
