Re: Allsports 8" Long Travel Lift Kit Install
I put new heavy duty double action rear springs on my cart when I upgraded the front suspension.. I just used the bushings and steel sleeve from the old ones.. Except for some minor scratches or blemishes, they looked like they were brand new and fit the new springs perfectly.

Re: Allsports 8" Long Travel Lift Kit Install
Allsports called back reference the bushings. Apparently with the precedents, the stock bushing sleeves will work with the lift kit springs. The owner said that the Onwards have a different size bushing sleeve. Who knew? Long story short, they have sent them and will be here tomorrow. I’ll attempt the lift again this weekend. Thanks again for your help.

Re: Allsports 8" Long Travel Lift Kit Install
I really like the looks of that (very nice looking cart by the way), if you could please post some underside pictures for us of the front and rear suspension. Looks like you bought the gas charged shocks (can't tell for sure from that photo). Thanks...

Re: Allsports 8" Long Travel Lift Kit Install
Thanks guys, I appreciate that. I’ll take some pics of the underside front and rear and post shortly. Yes, they are the nitrogen shocks that come as an option with the lift kit. Rear shocks are stock. They actually told me at Allsports to remove the rear shocks if I want an even smoother ride. Haven’t heard of that before, but may have to give it a try.

Nice ride! Add some fender flares, they're cheap and make a huge difference in rain/puddles.

Thanks Coldair & Ousuxndallas. Just received the OEM fender flares today. That’ll be on the list for tomorrow.
Here’s the pics as promised for the suspension system |
