Default Txt with altrax and plum quick very slow and laggy

The txt has the 500a alltrax with the plumquick bandit motor. Has lost reverse completely, was semi working sometimes(believe to be the f&r switch) correct me if I'm wrong on that..
But main issue is Top speed is less then 12mph on flat ground.(setting haven't been changed lately b4 it messed up would easily do 24-25mph.

Can cruise around 12mph let off the throttle and repress and it just like dies loses all power almost stops.
What is causing this b4 I start to throw money at it..
Is the motor shot
Is the controller shot

What am I missing?

I've recently worked on a not running Yamaha cart with an Alltrax XCT controller, no fault codes flashed by the controller but when monitoring with the Toolkit software i've found a missing throttle signal and a missing rpm signal also. Easy to fix both and the cart was back to life.

Is this a new combo that's not performing well or is this an old combo that was performing great and now is not?

If it's new is this a sepex cart or series since the bandit can be done to either? If it's a sepex cart I'm wondering if you need a different field map.

Check the throttle voltage.

Should get 10V with pedal up between the black and the white wires and 6V with pedal down.

Did you spin the motor posts when you installed the cables? They say to use 2 wrenches to keep them from spinning.
