Default Need help 2011 par car summit

My forward drive is approximately 5mph. I already have new batteries and checked volts of all the bat. 49.7 and I reaplaced the speed sensor. In reverse it goes normal.

How is the accelerator cable? When the pedal is pressed all the way, there should be now more give on the LAD push rod. Easiest way (without the diagnostic handset) to check is to have someone press the pedal all the way down (WITH POWER OFF!!!!) and feel under the front of the vehicle to see if the push rod is really pulling the rod all the way out of the LAD. Also make sure the LAD is as far forward secured to the frame tube in the front, sometimes the bolts come loose. Even though the pedal may be all the way down, the LAD might not be getting 100% pull and then the controller just doesn't get the full signal.

LAD usually works or doesn't, it rarely doesn't go just partially out.

Have you checked the resistor near the controller? Its a reference resistor that is 10k and if it opens you get the same issue. Its a plug in that has a heat shrink gray or clear tube on it.

That vin isnt 2011. Its 2004 and doesnt have an LAD. Guessing not a sevcon controller either. Can you load a photo of your accelerator device and the controller?
