I know that this is an older Thread, just checking to see if anything's changed? I just about had a coronary, reading the declarations page from Progressive Liability Insurance (6 months) on my 2010 CC/P LSV at $110 is more than my Zo6 Corvette $69, or my F-250 $109 What are you folks paying for (LSV) Golf Cart Insurance? What companies are you Insured with? Any special circumstances?? |

If you are eligible I would suggest looking into USAA.
Eligibility requirements are prior service in the US Armed forces OR child of a parent who did. The premium for my street legal cart in CA is a little less than $20 per month, complete coverage. |

Interesting, USAA Wouldn't cover my golf cart despite me already have two vehicles with them. I did not ask about an LSA though.

Re: Insurance for South Florida LSV's
Initially I tried to go through American Collectors Insurance who I have my Classic Porsche insured through, they wouldn’t touch it.
I called USAA asking them if they had any recommendations and they said they could do my cart since it is a LSV and registered with the CA DMV (with plates). I have full insurance for only about $20 a month. |

Re: Insurance for South Florida LSV's
2 carts with USAA. Neither is an LSV. ~$17 per month each. Full coverage.
Peachtree City (GA) is like the Villages in Fla regarding golf carts. Might be a special case some how. IDK |
