Good looking cart. I love the Pargo style. As for worth, are the batteries good and does it have a charger? Those two items are worth 650. A plus is that this one has 4 bolt wheels, my two are 3 bolt, so I am limited to baby moon hub caps to dress them up. Take a close look at the battery box area for corrosion especially the cross member that supports them and the spring shackles. If all is good I'd buy it because, well I'm a Pargo fan. PS. '39 ford tear drop tail lights look real good in those rear fenders.
