Default RXV Squeaky Front End

I purchased a 2009 electric ez go RXV. I have a very annoying squeak that sounds like it is coming from the front end.

Everything seems to be tight, I have been under it looking with no luck!

Is there a place for grease in the shocks?

It squeaks whether I'm going straight, turning, fast or slow, it makes no difference.

I had a similar squeak but it ended up coming from the back end. Ended up being that I needed to tighten the axel nut's on both sides.

Not real good on golf carts so you'll have to excuse me, but is that easy to get to? Are they out close to the wheel or close to the center on the axles?

If you were to remove the center cap of your wheel, that would be where it is. It's what holds it all together.

After you remove the cotter pin, I only had to tighten the nut on both sides two -three posistion as I recall. Can't remember who told at one point to tighten it as much as possible, but I wasn't comfortable with that. I'm sure there was a reason why they weren't fully tighten from the factory.

I found the squeak! It ended up being the bolts that hold the front shocks on. The top bolts on both sides were almost loose enough that I could turn them with my fingers. Tightened those down and no more squeak!!!!

Thanks for all the help!
