battery charger help
i just got a 36v 88 club car. when i plug the charger in it clicks and then hums but is not charging the batteries. there is a volt meter built into the upper left side of the chargers front. when i unplug it or hit the stop sharge button it stops humming. also if i unplug it from the battery pack the voltage lights will spike. i did check pack voltage and it seems to be ok, but i know the batteries need charging as it is moving kinda slow. batteries have water covering plates but i didn't have stuff to check them at the campground.
so my question what can i look at on this charger to see what is wrong? i did some searching but didn't get to far... thanks for any assistance. -Aaron |
