Question Ezgo 1997 dcs not much torque

My ezgo runs great but it torque is weak. It could be the batteries, they never fully charges. I replaced two bad batteries, but before I replaces all of them I was hoping maybe some battery repair solution would help? I have replaced some part, new controller, solenoid, ITS, micro switch, wires, and reverse beeper. When charging it gets to about 7 on the charger and won't go any lower, I believe it should eventually shutoff. Please advise as to possible solution weak motor. Oh! speed is ok. Thank you for any info that will help.

None of the battery "snake oils" are gonna save you, IF your batteries are failing.. And, yes, the charger should shut off. What is the highest pack voltage seen while on charge?

Not getting a full charge... How long was it powered on to get that voltage?

He is asking for the highest reading = The charger is looking for 44-46v before cut off. If batteries are unable to take a charge they won't reach this point and the charger will not shut off.

Another IMPORTANT note.
The OEM DCS controller has a fatal flaw. It will self destruct if run on LOW VOLTAGE. Be careful you don't set yourself up for a new controller AND batteries.

This is a brand new controller, so maybe the batteries except for the two new ones need replacing. Should i just disconnect the cable until i replace the four?
