Default 97 club car 48volt

Recently purchased a 1997 club car ds with the 3.1hp/225amp controller.
Replaced batteries with Trojan 875's they charged just fine for the first two weeks and then all of a sudden I can't get the charger to come on.
Here is what I have done:
*checked fuse at the charger plug
*replaced batteries
*had the charger checked on a cart at the dealer and it works
*continuity between all points of plug and up to obc on the gray wire
*tried the reset on the obc per dealer

I'm outta options - my belief now would be the OBC but I am not positive.
Thanks for the input.
