Default Gas and Upcomming season ?

I know its going to affect me this year, Traveling from
FL to GA is going to be tuff with the gas rideing higher
and higher each day ...

Good God I sure wish there was a way to stop this
crapola...
How or is it gonna affect your Hunting this comming season.
At this rate, I hate to even think about quiting something I have
done for over 50 years and let it be just a memory.

Well, my truck is paid for now, so yes I'm going every chance I get. No payments frees up some money for gas. Probably cut back on riding around checking on things though.

If I lived up in GA, I probably would hunt just as much
as all through my life. But im 4 - 4 1/2 hrs away to camp 1 way.

May have to start carpooling to Camp this year
Gonna be a tuff Hunting Season this year thats for sure !!

I'm right at 180 miles door to door. But its down hill coming, up hill going home. Not too many things I do except work, hunt, BS, so yes I don't care how expensive gas gets, I'm a huntin.

I think alot of people are taking the view that what we do for fun is the reason we show up at work every day. Both of our hobbies, sand duning and boating, consume lots of gas, but we cut corners other places so we can still do these things. It's the hobbies that are the reason we work hard, and they keep us sane. I think you guys are right. We can't just work and not play.

I agree. It's freakin crazy. Our economy is in the dumps right now. And like boo, we cut corners to do the things we like to on the weekends as well. My argument is that we: "SHOULDN'T HAVE TOO".
