22x12-10 tires
I just went thru my first hunting season with my cart. I have a set of 22x8-10 STI Black Diamonds on front and back. My problem is I am not getting the traction I feel I should be and several times these tires just bite and sink in. Are any of you guys using these tires? Is it just the tire of would I have better success with a 12'' wide tire? Thx

Re: 22x12-10 tires
It looks like a pretty aggressive tire. Wider should give you better float. Being that your in clay mud(I assume since your in Brandon, ms) with a aggressive tire it might just be a problem with being 2wd(1wd?). We used to do this with our 2wd trucks taking them on trails. Knobby tires are good until you stop moving, then they just dig a hole faster.
I live in Florida but travel for work and have spent a fair amount of time in your area working with rankin co, pearl and Brandon. |
