Re: help with DS full speed reverse
If series cart all you have to do is remove resistor on micro switch # 3 black wire.
May I ask why you want full reverse? M |

Re: help with DS full speed reverse
On a stock cart it's handy, especially if you've got to back up any type of an incline. On a cart like yours or mine, which goes faster than stock, half speed reverse is a necessity, but full speed reverse while stock is something I've done to all my carts (except the one I loan to my Grandpa )

Re: help with DS full speed reverse
I have an MCOR also. What we are saying is in our series carts, they put a resistor in line with the black lead to micro switch number 3 to limit speed of reverse. If you have an MCOR 5K-0 ohm then you can take out the resistor to get "FULL SPEED" in reverse. What is your serial number?

Re: help with DS full speed reverse
On the back microswitch on the F/R lever (as long as it's series) there should be a green wire up top, a black wire in the middle, and a white wire on bottom. Pull the black wire off the microswitch and tuck it out of the way. Try out your reverse, it should now be full speed.
EDIT: That is one of the best reasons I've ever heard to hook up full speed reverse! |
