Default 48 v Recepticle Fuse Blew. Why?

The 48 volt fuse at the recepticle for the charger cord blew the other day.

I need to figure out what caused it to blow but, really do not know where to start. I was hoping some of you would give me a list of the things I should look at.

The fuse blew, or melted, right at the mall bolt it is attached to. If I am looking at the wiring schematic correctly, the wire that attached to that bolt is a black wire that runs to the on board computer.

Hmm. Okay. I guess I will try that.

The cart was painted recently. So, the receptacle was removed for the paint job and then replaced. But, the cart has been running fine for about 3 weeks since then.

Thank you.

I am still wondering, if you know, what type of things could cause that fuse to blow? Would you just go through and make sure there are no loose wires downstream from the fuse? The first place it goes is the OBC. So, if that wire is not loose, I do not know what else to look for.
