Adjust the idle down or put a spring in the drive clutch.

The idle is already adjusted all the way down. How do you change the spring in the clutch?

You should be able to adjust the idle all the way down to where it kills the engine. If you cant, you have an air leak somewhere in the intake tract or something is holding your throttle open.

To replace the clutch spring, simply remove the clutch, unbolt the side cover and switch out the springs to this one:

Yeah I can make it go all the way down to kill, but even just above it, it still goes. Can you just take any spring as long as it is stronger to replace it?

1 3/16" belt. Everyone else said that is what they are running.

Yeah, thats stock width...should be good.

I would first check the spring thats in there now and then replace with something stronger.

Is there anywhere that I could get a stronger spring that isn't to much?
