Exclamation 1999 CLub car w/ new controller not working

I have a 1999 Elec. CLub car w/ new used controller and its not working. I get power on two ends to the motor, but the motor is not turning, I do get a clicking w/ the solenoids thats it!

Serial No:
A9932-787868

I have replaced the main control box, close to the motor. Which ones should have power coming out? Hot on Forward and reverse.

Many thanks

Need complete serial number from under passenger glove box. Was old controller working before change over and could it be new-used unit is defective? If solenoid clicks each time pedal is pressed try jumer cabel of 6 gauge or close wire across both large terminals on solenoid, BUT BEFORE TESTING DO FOLLOWING
Jack up wheels off ground, place auto type jack stands under axle round housings, block front wheels in both directions. WARNING ONLY RUN MOTOR FOR FEW SECONDS so keep from throwing pieces around when motor blows from high RPM.
What main control box are you talking about? Possibly OBC with 6 guage cable running through middle? If so only make charger work and has nothing directly to do with cart movements.

Exclamation Re: 1999 CLub car w/ new controller not working

We just tested, we have power coming out for reverse and forward at the same time, this means the controller is bad right?
We just jumped the motor , just like you said, but nothing happens?!

Serial NO:

I think this is the electrical diagram

By the diagram you indicated means you have a Power Drive Plus Regen 2 cart, so are you sure you jumped the correct solenoid? If you jump the solenoid with resistor wire coil its the wrong one, try the other one, and yes like FIXEROFCARTS says IF you jumped correct solenoid then motor is bad?
