Default advise on tires and wheels

hi guys, i have club car ds, i am adding a 6"lift and looking for a little advice on tires and wheels. i cant decide between 12x8 rims with 23x10.50-12 Journey All Terrain tires or 14x7 rims with 23x10.00-14 Sahara Classic Tires. i really like the look of the 8" wide rims. my cart will spend 80% of it miles on pavement so ride quality matters. would the 14's ride better?

^^^^^^agree
Stay with same size tires all around. This will allow you to rotate them so you can distribute wear/tire life evenly. This may even be more useful since 80% of your driving is on pavement.

I would suggest this, low weight on the front with wide tires results in understeer and floating. I currently have 11 wide all around and going to switch to 8s in the front to help with floating. Rotation is only needed with lots of highway use, might consider 8s all around if you want that
