Default Can a Charger be tested.

Can a volt meter be used to check the output on a charger? If so which terminal on the plug do you use to check it? This DC voltage confuses me

Is it a 36 or 48 volt charger?

Not too sure about the voltmeter, but is there any golf course near you that'd let you try it on one of their carts? That's how I tested mine....

48 volt and the meter will not move when it comes on I think it is charging just a bad meter on charger.

Club Car 48v chargers are controlled by the On Board Computer. Perhaps the OBC needs a reset.

What are the battery pack charge numbers? Once you have this number, you can come to a conclusion about the meter. I do not think that the charger itself can be tested in terms of output voltage; however, an electronic expert may be able to provide a more definitive answer to your question.
