Folding Footrest Rear Seat

Does anyone have a good source for a folding rear seat that also has a folding rear footrest for a 2007 Club Car? I found a couple with Google search, but I wanted to see if anyone had experience already with such a seat.

My problem is I need to keep the length of my cart as close to 8 foot as possible. I only have about 8 foot of garage space to park my cart in, but I need a rear seat for extra seat room.

i think im gonna mount the rear seat to the cart but make the footrest removeable by making it a plug in hitch type

m&m manufacturing is the only one i know of tha has a folding footrest option. it is pretty neat. I have 3 of their seats on my carts and my kiddie kaboose. i had a space issue in my shed at the campground. that is why i went to them in the first place. after i had one i just decided i liked what i had so when it came time for another rear seat i just went that way. the ones i have are actually a flip seat with the folding footrest.
