Default No Voltage at Allrax (carts unlimitted conversion)

Over the weekend I installed the C54 package on my 1998 CC DS 36v series cart. Everything went smooth. We took the cart off the jack stands and now I have no power to the controller. The only thing that happened was a ratchet fell near the controller. My son said he saw no sparks, and I found no burn marks on the connectors or ratchet. Now we have No light on on the controller like before. When I connect my laptop to the Alltrax the light on Alltrax blinks green and it shows no errors.
This is what I have done so far.

(1) Voltage across battery pack= 37.8V
(2) -battery to + Large post solenoid=37.8V
(3) + large post solenoid to key=37.8V
(4) Key off 0V
(5) Key on =37.8V
(6) Key on to Blue wire @MS1 =27.5V
The Next tests are with the Positive wire disconnected @J1
(7) MS1 to + small post solenoid=27.5V
( 8 ) + small post solenoid to connector at +J1 =27.5V

When I connect +J1 to + small post solenoid voltage drops to 1.2V. it will drop the volts back to MS1 to +small post solenoid.

What is this telling me? why does the voltage drop at MS1 and why again at +J1 connection?

Can you access the Alltrax Toolkit with your laptop. Have you checked the fuses. The main fuse is near the solenoid.

When I connect to the control with my toolkit it powers up and shows no errors. I have 37.8V through the main fuse. I also pulled the 2amp fuse at the throttle pedal and checked continuity. The 2 amp fuse was good as well.

What I meant is can you see an image similar to this one attached when you connect your laptop.

Yes. I went to the Monitor tab to see if there were any alarms or errors in the toolkit.

One last suggestion. Check to see if you have power to apply to the system. Do this by measuring the voltage at the key sw. Meter (-) to battery - and meter (+) to key sw. Turn the key off and on and see if the power turns on and off. If no power is present you got a blown fuse somewhere.

I have 37.8V through the key switch, it then drops to 27.5V at MS1.

Do we understand that the cart ran on the jack-stands when the install was complete prior to the wrench drop?
Can you check your connection between the key switch and the pedal fuse link?
Can you check your connection for the pedal Black to battery main (-) if this wire is not on the MAIN battery (-) wire the pedal voltage will be reduced.

The Cart ran on the jack stands before the wrench drop. On the stands I tested HD F&R switch for wheel direction and I also had to change the Throttle input to 3 for the pedal to work properly.

I will test from the key switch to the pedal fuse after work. My son was reconnecting the lights when the wrench fell. I sure hope its as simple as the Pedal Black to battery main (-).

Are you saying the throttle program was incorrect upon receipt and you changed the throttle setting > If yes.
You will need to email me for the correct throttle algorithm.
