Default Main Wire Harness Replacement Question

Hello All,

I have a 1999 EZGO TXT DCS cart frame / rolling chasis. Everything (all switches etc) will need replacement and the wiring harness was mostly missing. I am heavily modifying the cart and plan to either go with a 48V or 72V system. If I were to go 48V which main wiring harness should I go get to start with that would provide a good backbone for the system. Would you recommend a different harness if I go 72V?

If you have OEM part numbers that's very handy too!

Mike

Main harness for the 48txt cart is 620964. That has the 16 pin molex plug for the original 1206 Curtis and most of the other wires.

Those harnesses aren’t cheap. I think I would make the smaller ones or modify the ones that you have.
