2003 CC DS cuts out over bumps

this is a friends cart I upgraded a few years back. Alltrax 500XCT controller, 400A super solenoid, Plum quick Executioner and Ausco disc brake conversion. I replaced the MCOR 4 conversion kit with a part from Revolution. Cart runs great till you hit random bumps. Will cut out and go again when pedal is let up and depressed again. I had a spare MCOR 4 unit and tried that same thing. Any ideas ?

I have also changed the spade connectors that go to the F/R switch and the switch also

Has to be a loose connection somewhere I would think...check the wiring on the back of the key switch... Gunna be hard to locate unless you can have someone keep pedal pressed when it cuts out and can test voltages when it stops running to find the drop-out point..

Just an FYI, I tightened the 2 screws at the back of the key switch and it all works great now
