Cushman 735, mystery outlet on dash
I'm Sorting out the electrical system on our 735. Most of it seems pretty forward, but we do have this strange little outlet on the dash (to the right of the cigarette lighter in photo). It's connected to the ignition switch. I'm thinking it might be for a 12v accessory like a task light or a fan. Does anyone know what this is?

I am confident that that's after market. I suspect that you are correct in assuming that it's for some type of accessory that someone had in days prior to usb ports!

Yep. I think its time to upgrade this to a USB outlet or a shiny red button labeled "Do Not Press!"
