Well to be honest I got distracted and just put the original back on and it went back to normal. Never got back to it.

running a hard belt full of kevlar and hard compounds will slip hard on take off on low hp motors every time, your primary will slip ( rpm ) until it gets it soft enough to grab from the heat, running a super hard belt will not only over rev but it will eat the clutches twice as fast and make the cart slower! thats why your stock belt works fine, 100 hp belts on 12 hp motors don't work well. it takes a perfect balance of fly weight spring tension and belt compound for any thing to work in harmony......just my 2 cents
