Insurance - South Carolina
SC requires you to have general liability insurance to drive on the road. Who do you insure with? Cost?

Those are all cheap. I just paid $97 a year from Progressive and I have two other policy's with them. But lets make sure we are apples to apples.... The coverage was for 100K/300K/50K plus uninsured coverage for that money. I have a UTV and Boat with them. I was paying about double that to State farm last time I had a Golf Cart insured.

We called our agent (in SC). They were quoting motorcycle insurance. My wife said they had never heard of insurance for golf carts, which is unusual because there are plenty of golf carts around here. They quoted, through Progressive, $171 for comprehensive and collision. $81 per year for liability only. Both seem high. We got a quote for comp and collision for theft coverage, although that is probably not necessary.
