Default g16 converted to 48 volts with BU upgrade.

I have a G16 electric golf cart. I stripped everything off of it and bought an electric performance upgrade from Buggies Unlimited for a G19. I re-did the battery box to hold 8 six-volt batteries (to make 48 volts). I installed the new motor, controller, wiring harness, selanoid, and fwd/reverse push button switch. The golf cart barely moves forward or reverse. Any ideas? I didn't replace the throttle sensor with one for a g19.

I think you should take a good look at the wiring on batteries.Sounds like it's not getting full voltage.
Sonny
