First Build
Wanted to share my build that I am doing with my oldest son, this started after "youngest son" thought the cart would push over small pine trees and broke the steering box off the frame and bent the front weldament back pretty good. Decided to it take all off and start back with new, below is the progress so far, have to give Scotty and Roady a big for the help they have given me already and I am sure I will need somemore before it is running again........ List of items that are going into the cart,
New Alltrax controller, D&D motor, HD solenoid, HD FnR, 4 gauge cables, shop built battery rack painted red, diamond plate kit, black diamond plate rubber floor mat, front freedom light, Grant steering wheel, chrome tube for steering column, 6" lift, 14" rim & tires, new round dc voltage gauge, new bushings, new seats, Rear seat kit, new 12v marine battery to run accessories on with marine fuse block, battey minder for 12v battery, Sony marine stereo & speakers, new inverter, switches, marine 12v plug, and 2 datel dc voltage monitors, one for pack and one for 12v battery, new paint job including top. Re: First Build
I got power to the D&D motor with the stock controller and solenoid because I burned up the brand new HD one for the Alltrax.... We have been getting around 22-25 mph most of the day and I am very impressed with the new motor. I got the radio and state of charge meter and headlight switch installed as well.
