Default Carryall big bore swap

Just picked up a carryall this weekend. Bought it not running and partially taken apart. Jumped the selonoid to do a compression test on the motor and found out it’s low on compression. 75psi is what showed on the gauge. Long story short… figure it’s not worth it to rebuild the 350 kawi motor that’s in it. Would rather spend the effort on putting in a predator 420 or 670.

My question is has anyone put one of these motors in a carryall? Vegas carts website says their kit may not fit in Tge carryall. Don’t want to waste Tge money on ordering the kit to find out it won’t work. Any advice would be appreciated, new to golf carts and have no clue on upgrading one

Which way does the Kaw engine rotate? (Looking at the clutch side)

If there isn't a kit for the Carry All, you might have to make your own engine mount plate and do the wiring yourself. The extended wheelbase on that model will be the biggest differentiation in a normal club car. Fabrication and welding is usually neccessary.

I'm sure someone here has done a big block on that model, hopefully they will chime in. Did you try and do a search?

Have the same questions, It so dang hard to find any info or builds on carry-alls.
