Just a shot in the dark
I have decided after much reading and "research" on the topic that building my own litium pack to power my entire cart is not for me. Unfortunately, I did not come to this conclusion before buying 7 Nissan Leaf cells. Since I'm still kind of willing to experiment and not wanting to let these things continue to sit around going unused, would it be possible to use them for an alternate source of power for the rest of my electrical needs, like my lights, sound, winch etc.,on my cart through a reducer?

Welp.....IMHO if you use them for something else, you still gotta charge 'em....still gotta watch overcharging\overusing them, and still need to cell balance.
So, if you're not gonna do that for the cart's power supply.....why do it for accessories? I'd try to sell 'em here. (Full disclosure, I am not interested in buying them) |
